Expel Illegal Chinese Police Act of 2025

This bill targets people connected to the Chinese Communist Party or Chinese law enforcement who are trying to set up a Chinese police presence in the United States or who are secretly watching or threatening people living here. It requires the President to block visas for employees of Chinese law enforcement agencies and their family members, and to freeze the property of individuals or organizations involved in these activities, including those working under a Chinese government department that tries to influence and monitor Chinese communities abroad. The bill also says federal agencies generally cannot help with investigations into the people targeted by these sanctions unless the U.S. government started the investigation or the President decides it is necessary to protect the health, safety, and well-being of American citizens.
