Reimbursing Border Communities Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Homeland Security to give money to certain border communities to help pay for security measures along the southern border. To get this money, a local government must be located within 200 miles of the border and cannot be a sanctuary jurisdiction. The grants cannot be used to pay back nonprofit organizations, pay for lawyers, or provide education, housing, food, or health care to people who are not U.S. citizens.
