CHIP IN for Veterans Act of 2025

This bill makes a temporary pilot program permanent starting in December 2026. The program allows the Department of Veterans Affairs to accept donations of property or buildings from non-federal groups like state governments or private organizations. The bill also removes the current limit on how many donations the VA can accept.
