Veterans Homecare Choice Act of 2025

This bill would let the Department of Veterans Affairs use nurse registries as health care providers in their Community Care Program. A nurse registry is a person who meets state licensing rules and helps connect registered nurses, practical nurses, nursing assistants, home health aides, companions, or homemakers with contracts to provide health care or assistance services to patients.
