WIPPES Act

This bill requires companies that make or package wet wipes like baby wipes, cleaning wipes, or personal care wipes to put "Do Not Flush" labels on their products. The labels must be clear and easy to see, and include a symbol that follows certain industry guidelines. The Federal Trade Commission will enforce these rules and can make additional regulations to carry out the law.
