Court Shopping Deterrence Act

This bill says that if a lower federal court issues an order that applies to the entire country, the only court that can hear an appeal of that order is the U.S. Supreme Court. Right now, appeals from lower courts can go to different appeals courts around the country, but this bill would change that for nationwide orders.
