SCHOOL Act of 2025

This bill would let certain federal education money follow students to whatever school they choose, whether that's a public school, private school, or home school. It doesn't matter if the student learns in person or online. The money could be used to pay for things like school materials, tutoring, private school tuition, and after-school activities.
