Transparency in CFPB Cost-Benefit Analysis Act

This bill requires the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to provide more information when it makes new rules. The CFPB would have to explain why the rule is needed, estimate all costs and benefits, describe other options they considered, and explain how the rule affects small businesses. They would also have to share the data and studies they used to make these decisions.
