Brake for Kids Act of 2025

This bill tells the Department of Transportation to create and share a national safety campaign about the dangers of illegally passing stopped school buses. The campaign must teach people about this issue using different types of media like TV, radio, and social media ads. The Department of Transportation must use money from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to pay for this campaign.
