American Students First Act

This bill would stop federal money from going to state public colleges and universities if they give certain benefits to people who are not U.S. citizens and are not legally in the country. The schools could not give these individuals in-state tuition rates that are the same as or lower than what U.S. citizens pay, and they could not give them state financial aid.
