Protect American Beef Act.

This bill gives the President new authority to make trade deals with Australia specifically about Wagyu beef. If Australia charges higher taxes on American Wagyu beef than the US charges on Australian Wagyu beef, or if Australia puts other trade restrictions on American Wagyu beef, the President can either negotiate with Australia to lower their taxes or raise taxes on Australian Wagyu beef coming into the US. The President must stop any tax increases if Australia removes their higher taxes or restrictions, or if the tax increases are no longer good for the United States.
