No Hungry Kids in Schools Act

This bill would let states offer free breakfast and lunch to all students in their schools through a program called the Community Eligibility Provision. Currently, this program is only available to individual schools or school districts that meet certain requirements. The bill would allow entire states to use this program, with the state government paying the costs to reimburse schools for all the free meals they serve. States could participate in this program regardless of how many low-income students they have, removing the current requirement that at least 25% of students must already qualify for free meals.
