COMPLETE Care Act

This bill increases Medicare payments to doctors who provide integrated behavioral health services along with regular medical care. The payment increases would be 175% more in 2027, 150% more in 2028, and 125% more in 2029. The bill also provides money from 2025 to 2029 for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to hire organizations that will help primary care doctors learn how to combine behavioral health services with their regular medical practice.
