Trucker Bathroom Access Act

This bill requires certain businesses like retailers and warehouses to let commercial truck drivers use their restrooms when the drivers are loading, unloading, or waiting to transport cargo. The bill also requires marine terminals and port authorities to provide restroom access to drayage truck operators (drivers of heavy trucks over 33,000 pounds working at ports), and to build additional restrooms if needed. Terminals must also provide parking spaces for these drivers while they use the restrooms.
