Bus Parity and Clarity Act

This bill makes it so that charter buses — like buses rented for weddings, corporate events, or public event shuttles — get the same access to toll roads, HOV lanes, and tolling rates that public transportation buses already have. Right now, some large buses that serve the public on regular routes already get these benefits, and this bill extends those same benefits to charter bus services as well. The bill also requires the Federal Highway Administration to publish a yearly online database showing the rates, terms, and conditions for each toll facility covered by these rules.
