To provide for the equitable settlement of certain Indian land disputes regarding land in Illinois, and for other purposes.

This bill gives the U.S. Court of Federal Claims the power to hear a land claim from the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma that is based on the Treaty of Grouseland. The court must make a decision without considering time limits or arguments that the claim is too old. The tribe has one year to file this claim, or the court loses this special power. All other land claims the tribe might have in Illinois are ended.
