Gold Star and Surviving Spouse Career Services Act

This bill allows the spouses of certain veterans and military members to receive career and employment services through a Department of Labor program that currently serves disabled veterans. Specifically, it opens the program to spouses of service members who died while serving, died from a service-related disability, have been missing in action or captured for more than 90 days, have a total permanent disability from their service, or died while a total disability existed.
