Accredited Investor Definition Review Act

This bill changes the rules about who counts as an "accredited investor," which is a type of investor allowed to buy certain securities that aren't available to the general public. It gives the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) more flexibility to decide what qualifications or credentials someone needs to be considered an accredited investor, as long as the rules are at least as open as the current ones and still include professional licenses the SEC has already approved. The SEC would also be required to review these qualifications every five years.
