Clinical Trial Modernization Act

This bill creates a grant program to help recruit people for clinical trials, especially in underrepresented groups like those in rural or tribal areas. It allows researchers to pay for participants' travel costs and other expenses without violating federal anti-kickback laws. The bill also lets participants receive up to $2,000 for joining a clinical trial without having to pay income tax on that money.
