Stop Foreign Funds in Elections Act

This bill would make it illegal for foreign nationals to give money or donations to support or oppose state or local ballot measures, referendums, or recall elections. Currently, foreign nationals are already prohibited from contributing to federal elections, but this bill would extend that ban to these types of state and local voting issues.
