Leadership in CET Act

This bill tells the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to create a test program that speeds up the process for reviewing patents related to certain important technologies like artificial intelligence, computer chips, and quantum science. The Patent Office must then report back to Congress about how well this faster process worked.
