This bill would stop the President from selling or giving certain weapons to Israel. The weapons include special bunker-busting bombs, missile guidance systems, and artillery shells. The President could only provide these weapons if Congress passes a new law saying exactly what the weapons can be used for, and Israel promises in writing to use them only for those specific purposes and follow international human rights laws.
