Stop TRUMP in Crypto Act of 2025

This bill would stop the President, Vice President, and members of Congress — along with their spouses and children — from doing certain things with digital assets like cryptocurrency. They would not be allowed to own enough of a digital asset to control it, run or own a company that issues one, promote or make money from selling or marketing one, or trade these assets using secret government information. The bill also says these officials cannot get around the rules by using trusts, companies, or other setups to hide their involvement. Anyone who breaks these rules could face fines or jail time.
