Interactive Federal Review Act

This bill changes how environmental reviews are done for highway projects that get federal money. The Department of Transportation must encourage people doing these reviews to use digital platforms and 3D computer models of the highway projects. The department must also pick at least 10 highway projects to test out these digital tools and create guidance to help project sponsors use them for environmental studies and getting community input.
