Menstrual Equity For All Act of 2025

This bill aims to make menstrual products like tampons more available and affordable for people across the country. It would require Medicaid to cover these products, create grants to help low-income individuals and college students get them for free, and allow homeless assistance programs to provide them. The bill would also require free menstrual products in federal buildings open to the public, federal and state prisons and detention facilities, and workplaces with 100 or more employees. Additionally, it would stop states and local governments from charging sales tax on menstrual products.
