Indo-Pacific Treaty Organization Act

This bill requires the President to create a special group to study the actions of China and North Korea and look at security concerns in the Indo-Pacific region. The group would also figure out whether a security agreement between the United States and its allies in that area could help prevent further aggression. The State Department would then send a report to Congress with the group's findings and any recommendations.
