Equal Access to Justice for Victims of Gun Violence Act of 2025

This bill gets rid of a law that currently prevents people from suing gun manufacturers, sellers, dealers, and others in the gun industry when someone uses a firearm to commit a crime or do something unlawful. It also makes it so that gun tracking data kept by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives can be used as evidence and shared in lawsuits and legal proceedings, removing protections that currently keep that data from being used in court.
