Expanding Access for Online Veteran Students Act

This bill raises the monthly housing payment that veterans receive through the Post-9/11 GI Bill when they are taking classes entirely online at more than a half-time pace. Currently, veterans who study only through distance learning may receive a lower housing stipend, and this bill would increase that amount.
