DTC Act of 2025

This bill says that ads for certain prescription drugs and biological products must show the wholesale price for a 30-day supply, as long as the drug is covered by Medicare or Medicaid and already has to include health risk information. The ads can also mention that a person's actual cost might be different depending on their insurance. Drugs that cost less than $35 for a one-month supply don't have to follow this rule. Companies that break this rule can be fined up to $100,000 for each violation.
