To provide for an emergency increase in Federal funding to State Medicaid programs for expenditures on home and community-based services.

This bill would temporarily give states more federal money to help pay for certain home and community-based services under Medicaid during 2026 and 2027. To get this extra money, states would have to agree to improve these services, such as giving more benefits to home health workers and helping people who were moved to nursing homes return to their own homes.
