Flood Resiliency and Land Stewardship Act

This bill changes a Department of Agriculture program called the Regional Conservation Partnership Program to also focus on preventing and reducing the effects of flooding and drought and improving flood resiliency. The program works by having the Department of Agriculture team up with partners to carry out conservation projects in specific areas, where farmers and other producers agree to do certain conservation activities.
