Integrating Social Workers Across Health Care Settings Act

This bill would change Medicare rules to let clinical social workers provide any services they are allowed to do under their state's laws. Right now, Medicare only covers their services if they relate to diagnosing or treating mental illness. The bill would expand this to include all services that clinical social workers are licensed to perform in their state.
