LGBTQ+ Panic Defense Prohibition Act of 2025

This bill would stop people accused of a federal crime from using a specific type of legal defense. Specifically, a defendant could not argue that their actions were justified or less serious because someone made a nonviolent sexual advance toward them, or because of the defendant's perception of another person's gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
