Fairness in Vineyard Data Act

This bill requires the National Agricultural Statistics Service, which is a government agency that collects farming data, to do a survey within one year about how many grapes are being grown in every state and post the results on its website. For the next four years after that, the agency must also publish data on its website about the top five states that produce the most grapes.
