NSF AI Education Act of 2025

This bill sets up several programs through the National Science Foundation to help people at all levels of education learn about artificial intelligence. It allows the NSF to give scholarships and fellowships to college students studying AI, as well as professional development opportunities for K-12 teachers, college faculty, and industry professionals who want to teach AI. The bill also creates up to eight AI centers of excellence at community colleges or career and technical schools, funds research on how to teach AI effectively in K-12 classrooms, and sets up a pilot program where groups of teachers and school leaders can support each other in learning about AI.
