Equal Campus Access Act of 2025

This bill says that public colleges and universities could lose certain federal funding if they treat religious student groups differently from other student groups on campus. Specifically, if a school takes away any rights, benefits, or privileges from a religious student organization because of that group's beliefs, practices, speech, or leadership and conduct standards, the school would not be allowed to receive funding under a major federal higher education law.
