What this bill does

Actual citizens should not pay for illegals to get federal or state level benefits that they have no rights to.
When DOGE was allowed to go in and steal data and there was no oversight or consequences for our private information being taken, that shows that this bill is just a collection of data from states to be used erroneously. I have no trust in the DOJ to stay partisan.
