Knife Owners’ Protection Act of 2025

This bill would let people transport knives between states or places where owning those knives is legal. The knife must be stored safely and not easily accessible during transport, unless it's an emergency knife designed to cut seat belts. Police cannot arrest someone for knife violations if they are following these transport rules, unless there's reason to believe the storage rules were broken. People can use this law as a defense in court cases about knife violations.
