Increasing Baseline Updates Act

This bill requires the Congressional Budget Office to give Congress at least two updates each year to its baseline budget projection, which is an estimate of federal spending and income under current law. At least one update must include the economic data used to make the calculations. The bill also requires the President to submit technical budget data to Congress by February 1 each year when possible, instead of including it later with the full budget request.
