Modernizing Retrospective Regulatory Review

This bill requires a government office to create guidance on using technology to review existing federal regulations. The office must also report on how well agencies are making their regulations available in a computer-readable format. Within 18 months, the office must provide guidance to agencies on how to use technology to review their current regulations, and each agency must create a plan to follow this guidance.
