Modernizing and Improving the National Terrorism Advisory System Act of 2026

This bill requires the Department of Homeland Security to create and send Congress a plan for updating the National Terrorism Advisory System, which is the system used to inform the public about terrorist threats. The bill also requires the Government Accountability Office to review and report on how well that plan is being carried out.
