Plain Language in Contracting Act

This bill requires that when the government posts notices about contract opportunities for small businesses, those notices must be written clearly and be easy to understand. The notices must follow the same plain writing rules that already apply to other federal agency publications and notices. The Small Business Administration will create rules to put these requirements into practice.
