Transparency and Predictability in Small Business Opportunities Act

This bill requires the Small Business Administration to create rules about what happens when the government cancels contract opportunities that small businesses could bid on. Under these rules, government agencies must explain why they cancelled the contract, whether they plan to repost it and when, and whether they will include the work in a different contract. If an agency doesn't plan to repost a cancelled contract, they must help small businesses that prepared bids find similar contract opportunities through a special office.
