To allow certain Federal minerals to be mined consistent with the Bull Mountains Mining Plan Modification, and for other purposes.

This bill allows coal mining on about 800 acres of federal land in Musselshell County, Montana. The land is already leased under Federal Coal Lease MTM 97988 and would be mined according to a 2020 plan called the Bull Mountains Mining Plan Modification. The bill requires the Department of the Interior to approve this mining plan without changes or delays so the coal can be extracted from this federal land.
