To require the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection to link together applications of family members throughout the NEXUS application process, and for other purposes.

This bill requires U.S. Customs and Border Protection to connect the applications of family members living in the same household when they apply for NEXUS, a program that speeds up border crossings between the United States and Canada. It would let one family member schedule interviews for the whole family and give families the option to do their interviews together. Children under 14 who are linked to an eligible family member may be excused from the interview process.
