NRC Staff Pay Alignment Act

This bill would let the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) pay certain high-level career employees more money than they can currently earn. Specifically, it would allow the NRC to set their pay up to 10% above the current maximum salary for senior executive positions at the agency. This rule would apply to these employees no matter when they were hired.
