Montgomery GI Bill Selected Reserves Tuition Fairness Act of 2025

This bill says that if someone is using their military education benefits from the Montgomery GI Bill for Selected Reserves, schools cannot charge them out-of-state tuition as long as they are living in the state where the school is located. If a school does charge these individuals more than in-state tuition rates, the Department of Veterans Affairs would have to stop approving that school's courses for this benefit.
