To amend the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 to reauthorize the dairy business innovation initiatives.

This bill gives more money to a program called Dairy Business Innovation Initiatives that helps dairy businesses develop, make, market, and sell dairy products. The bill also requires there to be at least four of these programs in different regions instead of the current requirement of three. These programs provide direct help and money to dairy businesses, including those making specialty dairy products from cow, sheep, and goat milk.
