Equity in STI Testing Act

This bill would make testing for certain sexually transmitted infections free for people covered by several government health programs, including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), TRICARE (military health care), Veterans Affairs health benefits, and the Indian Health Service. Under this bill, patients in these programs would not have to pay anything out of pocket for these tests.
