Lulu’s Law

This law requires the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to officially allow emergency alerts to be sent to people's cell phones when there is a shark attack. Right now, the government can already send emergency alerts for things like bad weather, missing children, and other dangers, but this law would make it clear that shark attacks are included as a reason to send those alerts.
