Lulu’s Law

This bill requires the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to officially allow emergency alerts to be sent to people's cell phones when a shark attack happens. Right now, the government can already send emergency alerts about things like bad weather, missing children, and other dangers, but this bill would make it clear that shark attacks are included too.
